George L. Clardy is the Founder & CEO of Capella Technical Solutions, Inc. and brings to the position over 42 years of experience in Systems Management, Naval Operations, and Missile Testing & Evaluation. He has spent years underway on 48 warships spanning 3 navies as a Naval Officer and as a Project Officer (PO) with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division. As a PO/Engineer he managed multiple teams concurrently in the planning, coordination and execution of test events on numerous ship platforms (CG, DDG, CVN, LHA, LPD and LCS). He has served on major Navy and Joint Staffs and has a key understanding of the issues related to integrated logistics and operational planning for real-world and contingent operations. Mr. Clardy is a retired Navy Captain who also served several months as the Acting Inspector General for the Commander, Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT) where he managed a hundred plus investigations in the Pacific/Indian Ocean areas of responsibilities. It is the high ethical standards from the IG Office that he hopes to bring to the Company and its employees in providing the best possible service to the government and civilian customers. Mr. Clardy graduated from the University of Maine, Orono and holds a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California (USC).
