George L. Clardy, Founder & CEO, is a retired U.S. Navy Captain and brings to the position over 42 years of experience in Systems Management, Naval Operations, and Missile Testing & Evaluation.  He has spent years underway on 48 warships spanning 3 navies as a Naval Officer and as a Project Officer (PO) with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division.  Mr. Clardy graduated from the University of Maine, Orono and holds a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California (USC).
